The bottle notes that there are no additives. I assume that the color is from actual raspberries. As for the taste, there really isn't any. There's no dissolving in your mouth like tablets or caplets, so you don't have to worry about any weird tasting product. It goes down easy with a six-ounce glass of water and you're done. You're supposed to take it twice a day, two pills each time, 30-minutes before a meal. I did stick to that; however, if you're like me and can't stand water on a completely empty stomach, don't take them for a breakfast dosage!
Now, I have not finished the entire bottle so I cannot say what the long-term effects would be; however, at this time, it does not appear that I have lost any significant weight. On the Amazon page, it is noted that fat is burned and is converted into energy for exercise. I can attest to this. While I was working out, and even when I wasn't, I was not overly tired or exhausted as I sometimes may be. As for the appetite suppression, I typically eat because I know that I need to. If going to a restaurant, I generally save half of my food. I did notice that while taking the ketones, sometimes I would save a little more than half.

Given that I have not finished the bottle, I will come back and provide an update when all is said, and gone! :-) Stay tuned for my final thoughts...
